Date protein balls are nutritious snacks made with dates and nut butter that provide a quick and tasty source of energy and protein. They are easy to make and perfect for on-the-go snacking.

  • 400 grams pitted dates

  • 300 grams almonds

  • 300 grams cashews

  • 300 grams pistachios

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds or shredded coconut

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine all the nuts and pulse 3 to 4 times. Take out in a bowl.
  • Now, add the dates and pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Now, combine the crushed nuts and dates, and mix well with your hands.
  • Once all the dough has been mixed well, place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, you can wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
