Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken boneless cubes

  • salt as per taste

  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powderPak

  • 1 tablespoon Sumac (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste or powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste or powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions

  • Marinate the Chicken
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the boneless chicken cubes with salt, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, sumac (if using), ginger paste, garlic paste, and dried parsley (if using). Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
  • Now add mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, and cooking oil to the chicken mixture. Mix thoroughly until all the chicken pieces are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Preheat the AirFryer: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your AirFryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  • Once the chicken has marinated, thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking. If you’re using wooden skewers, remember to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before burning.
  • Carefully place the chicken skewers in the preheated AirFryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the kababs in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the chicken kababs in the AirFryer for approximately 10–12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly on all sides. The kababs are done when they’re golden brown on the outside and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken kababs from the AirFryer and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley, if desired. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, dipping sauces, and accompaniments. Enjoy the delicious flavors of these AirFryer chicken kababs!
