  • .5 cup pitted dates

  • 3 very ripe bananas, medium

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 cup Almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • A pinch of salt
