- Watermelon should sound hollow when you knock.
- Watermelon should be heavy for its size.
- Watermelons develop a splotch where they rest on the ground. When this splotch is creamy yellow, it’s ripe.
How Is A Watermelon Punch Made?
- Slice the watermelon and remove the seeds and rind
- Place the melon pieces in a blender along with a few mint leaves
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Blend until it’s smooth and no chunks remain.
